Silicone Rubber Dies

Silicone Rubber Rollers
Silicone rollers are used for roll on decorating of cylindrical, curved or flat surfaces in the plastic industry. Decoration of large or contoured surfaces and continues hot stamping applications. Ideal for large surface areas and cylindrical parts. Used as standard equipment on a rotary hot-stamped machines. Engraved lettering or decorative motif. Used for caps and the bottle industry. Re-coatable cores. We can refurbish used rollers to meet new product specifications, or supply new rollers. Available in a wide variety of lengths, diameters, hardnesses, different contours, molded with exact tolerance as well as many different contours. Custom built rollers available.
Silicone Rubber Sheets
Silicone rubber sheets are used for tipping printing where raised plastic surface areas and raised images need decorating with hot stamp foils. For raised areas such as raised letters or numbers. Also used for broad area or heat transfers applications but can also be used for other applications that need a flexible die that needs to compensate for variations in the height of the material. Available in different silicone rubber and aluminum thicknesses. Available in standard or special sizes. Durometers 60-90 shore.
