The make-ready materials are placed beneath the objects to be stamped. They equalize the impact of the pressure and level the imprint. They also correct and secure irregularities in the detail. Our make-ready materials can improve print quality and ensures that an even quality is maintained throughout the stamping job. Selecting make-ready not only increase your efficiency but also help you save time and money. The make-ready type is usually decided by the size of the print, die and the type of hot stamping machine used. Make-ready materials are used as solid base for the hot stamping die and must have a solid foundation.

Super Press Blanket
Super press blanket is a soft rubber cloth material that is used for hot stamping and also good for numbering machines.
- Prevents the built up of ink and static electricity
- Cold and heat resistant
- Abrasion resistant to petrol and oil
Available in: 0,65mm and 1mm thickness.
Vertical and cylinder machines. Good for large areas work and preventing gassing. Excellent for long runs.
Available in size: 900mm x 0,65mm x 1 linear meter or cut into sheets.
Blue Print Base
Blue print base is a self adhesive soft rubber make ready material.
Good for printing labels in New Foil type of machines.
Available in size: 1550mm x 1mm x linear meter or cut into sheets.
Epoxy Glass Board
Epoxy glass board is the most widely used product for hot stamping foils. Extremely hard product designed for clean applications and long running stamping jobs. The combined fiberglass and heat resistant epoxy makes the epoxy glass board to have a excellent strength and is also effective to preventing and minimizing punch marks on the backside of the sheet. Recommended for all types of work from fine detail to broad areas. Giving correct pressure across the make ready and can be used on vertical and cylinder machines. Extremely strong and durable for flat stamping or foil embossing.

Pertinax
Pertinax is a hard make-ready material for longer runs. Can be used in a various hot stamping applications for paper and boards. For flat stamping or foil embossing.

Presspahn
Presspahn or hardboard is a board make-ready used for printing hot stamping on to paper. Make-ready base board with a smooth surface. Fine to medium detail for short to medium runs. Low cost make-ready.

Die Mounting Tape
By the use of heat and pressure die mounting tape is used to bounding the stamping die to the metal heat plate on the hot stamping machine. Fast and effective means of bonding aluminum or steel-backed tools. Also used for bounding foam support on cylinder presses.
